Liv to Travel – Terms & Conditions
These Terms & Conditions govern the relationship between Liv to Travel (“we,” “our,” or “us”) and you, the traveler (“Client,” “you,” or “your”). By requesting a quote, engaging in planning services, or proceeding with a booking, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.
1. Agency Relationship
Liv to Travel acts solely as a booking agent between you and third-party suppliers (airlines, cruise lines, hotels, tour operators, and other travel service providers). We do not own, operate, or control these suppliers. Therefore, we are not responsible for their acts, omissions, or performance. All bookings are subject to each supplier’s terms and conditions.
2. Client Responsibilities & Eligibility
You confirm you are at least 18 years of age and legally authorized to enter binding agreements on behalf of yourself and any travellers for whom you are booking. You accept financial responsibility for all transactions conducted under your name.
You are responsible for providing accurate, complete information for all travelers in your party and ensuring compliance with applicable passport, visa, health, and entry requirements. Liv to Travel is not responsible for denied boarding or entry due to incomplete or invalid documentation.
Clients are solely responsible for providing accurate information and meeting all payment and document deadlines. Liv to Travel is not responsible for disruptions, denied boarding, or additional costs arising from client errors or omissions.
3. Booking Conditions & Payments
-
Bookings are only confirmed once deposits or full payments are received, as dictated by the supplier.
-
Deposit and final payment schedules are determined by each supplier. Failure to comply with payment deadlines may result in cancellation without refund.
-
Prices are subject to change due to currency fluctuations, supplier pricing updates, surcharges, or tax changes. Liv to Travel is not liable for supplier-imposed price changes.
-
Quotations do not guarantee availability or pricing until the booking is confirmed with the supplier.
4. Cancellations, Changes & Refunds
-
All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing. Cancellation penalties vary per supplier and are the client’s responsibility.
-
Liv to Travel’s service fees are strictly non-refundable, including in cases of illness, emergencies, or force majeure events.
-
Administrative fees apply to post-booking changes (see Section 12). These fees are non-negotiable and apply without exception.
-
Refunds, if any, are subject to supplier policies. Processing times for refunds vary and are beyond Liv to Travel’s control.
-
Initiating chargebacks without prior communication may result in legal action to recover losses, including service fees and associated costs.
5. Travel Insurance
Liv to Travel strongly recommends the purchase of comprehensive travel and medical insurance. Insurance policies are designed to protect against unforeseen events such as medical emergencies, trip cancellations, delays, and lost baggage.
Clients who decline insurance coverage do so at their own risk and must sign a waiver acknowledging their decision.
Liv to Travel is not responsible for denied insurance claims, as claim approval is solely at the discretion of the insurance provider.
6. Documentation & Travel Requirements
-
Clients must hold valid passports with at least six months’ validity beyond their return date.
-
It is your responsibility to secure required visas, permits, and documentation for all destinations.
-
Liv to Travel is not liable for denied entry due to incorrect or incomplete documentation.
7. Health, Safety, & Assumption of Risk
Travel involves inherent risks, including but not limited to illness, injury, death, property loss, natural disasters, political instability, or transportation disruptions. By booking through Liv to Travel, you voluntarily accept all associated risks.
Liv to Travel is not liable for injury, illness, disability, or death occurring before, during, or after travel. Clients acknowledge that travel involves inherent risks and agree to assume full responsibility for their personal safety and wellbeing. Clients are strongly advised to secure adequate insurance coverage for these risks.
We recommend consulting with your healthcare provider regarding vaccinations and health precautions.
Liv to Travel is not liable for health issues or disruptions before, during, or after your trip.
8. Supplier Liability & Performance
Suppliers operate independently and are not under Liv to Travel’s direct control. We are not liable for their actions, service failures, or changes to services, including itinerary modifications, schedule changes, or operational disruptions.

11. Service Fees (Non-Refundable)
We believe in fee transparency. Fees apply to certain services and cover the professional time, expertise, and administrative work involved. Service fees are non-refundable under all circumstances (including cancellation due to illness, emergencies, or force majeure).
